Albert Einstein once said, “Whoever is careless with the truth in small matters cannot be trusted with important matters.”

Bullies come in all shapes and sizes, ages and backgrounds. At times, it will feel as though the bullies you face will make your life unbearable.

I’m writing this almost exactly 24 hours after having my gallbladder removed via laparoscopic surgery.
